🇬🇧 We recently ran into a scheduling issue with our flight to Sharm El Sheikh, but Santa Maria Tours handled it quickly and professionally from the moment we raised it. The director and staff were polite, responsive, and genuinely committed to resolving the matter fairly. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a positive one thanks to their transparency and willingness to make things right. It's clear this is a team that stands behind their service and values their clients. I'd confidently recommend Santa Maria Tours and would book with them again.

Worst Ever Company Very disappointing experience. The company demonstrated poor coordination and lack of responsibility in handling a serious issue involving their partner abroad. Despite clear documentation and repeated communication, the situation remained unresolved for months. Instead of providing solutions, I was repeatedly asked to resend already submitted information, which reflects disorganization and lack of proper customer support. When problems arise, a professional agency should take responsibility and act efficiently. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I would not recommend relying on this agency for important travel arrangements. Thus, I strongly advise against using this company. Our experience involved a clear service failure and highly unprofessional conduct by their guide. The guide arrived on the wrong date (one day earlier, at night) and attempted to force an airport transfer based on incorrect flight information. This error has already been acknowledged by the company. Despite full prepayment for airport transfer for three persons, the service was not delivered as contracted. To date—after more than three months—no refund has been issued, and no clear reimbursement timeline has been provided. Furthermore, the situation caused significant disruption: we were awakened at midnight, pressured aggressively, and left in distress. As a direct result, we lost valuable holiday time and were forced to extend our hotel stay at our own expense. All requested documentation was submitted multiple times, yet the company repeatedly asked for the same information instead of providing a resolution. This reflects a serious lack of internal coordination and proper complaint handling. This is not a misunderstanding—it is a documented service failure followed by prolonged inaction. I do not recommend this company to anyone expecting reliability, accountability, or basic customer care.

My recent trip was booked through Santa Maria Tours, and I could not be happier with the experience! From the start, their team was fantastic at planning our itinerary. They really took the time to understand what we wanted and worked hard to incorporate our special requests. I appreciate how they suggested places to visit that matches our interests, providing a nice mix of popular sights and hidden gems. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our trip enjoyable. Every detail was well thought out, and they were super helpful with recommendations on local dining and activities. Overall, it was a stree-full experience, and I'd highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to plan a trip that feels personalised and well-coordinated. I can't wait for my next adventure with them!

All the company staff are very respectful and extremely helpful. I faced several issues, and they supported me in every possible way. Whenever I asked any question at any time, I always received an immediate response. When we were leaving the airport and heading back to Egypt, they stayed with all of us, made sure we collected our luggage, and ensured that everyone passed through passport control safely without any problems. Thank you so much ❤️❤️

Very bad agency ever I had a very bad experience with this travel agency and I do not recommend dealing with them under any circumstances. • Lack of credibility: Nothing was as promised. Information provided about the hotel, trips, and even the airline was inaccurate. • Poor organization: The entire trip was chaotic, unprofessional, and badly managed from start to finish. • No follow-up or support: They respond quickly at the beginning, but once payment is done, there is almost no response at all. • Unprofessional attitude: The organizers were rude and showed bad attitude when we raised concerns or asked for clarifications. Overall, this agency lacks honesty, organization, and basic customer service. Not recommended.

Extremely Disappointed - Avoid This Travel Agency!** I recently used this travel agency for my trip, and I must express my complete dissatisfaction. 1. **Fraudulent Practices**: My experience felt misleading from the start. They promised certain services that were never delivered. 2. **Bad Organization**: The entire trip was poorly organized. Flights were booked incorrectly, and accommodations did not match the descriptions provided. 3. **Lack of Preparation**: There was a noticeable lack of understanding about our itinerary. Key activities were either skipped or mishandled, resulting in a frustrating experience. I highly recommend avoiding this agency at all costs. They do not prioritize their customers and are not trustworthy. ---
