Как рассчитывается оценка
Общий рейтинг и рейтинг за 3 месяца сглажены: к сумме допустимых оценок прибавляем пять средних оценок платформы, затем делим на число оценок плюс пять. Пока на платформе меньше 100 оценок, основа — 3,5. При отсутствии оценок рейтинг не рассчитывается.
Отзывы lavuvat.am и импортированные имеют одинаковый вес. Отзывы без оценки 1–5 и с явным запретом источника в расчёт не входят. Распределение звёзд показывает только реальные оценки.
Показатель «За 3 месяца» включает 90 календарных дней, включая сегодняшний, по времени Армении. Для импорта учитывается исходная дата публикации. Поиск, оценка и период ленты не меняют рейтинг. При выборе филиала оба рейтинга рассчитываются по его отзывам.

i would give 0 star if i could. the incompetent driver told us to meet at Didube Station before going back to Yerevan. 10 minutes before the departure (i called them cuz we couldnt find the car) they told us to go to a Rike park. The drive to Didube and back to Rike cost me 60 Lari, and they did the audacity to take the money. Not mentioning the unskilled driver who only looked at his phone rather than the road, they are just a disgrace. Better to walk from Yerevan to Tbilisi rather than using these scammers. Use GG instead, they are reliable, and worth of the price.

Զանգում ենք մեքենա պատվիրում, չեն ասում, որ գազել է գալիս, ու հետո էլ վարորդը ասում, որ 20 ր պետք է սպասենք, ինչ-որ մաս պետք է փոխել։ Շատ դժգոհ եմ

Контора очень ненадежная. Из Тбилиси машина может опоздать на час-два. Извинений и компенсации не будет, от оператора игнор. Водители часто хамят, курят в машине. Не рекомендую.

Ահավոր վատ սպասարկում, թե զանգերի կենտրոնից թե վարորդների կողմից, ինչքան օգտվել եմ խնդիր ա առաջացել, վերջին պահին կամ մեքենանա անսարք կամ ուշա շարժվում կամ ընդհանրապես քենսլ են անում կամ նշված տեղից չի շարժվում, էտքանից հետո մի բան էլ մունաթները միշտ տեղն ա:

It was awful. When we have reached Batumi the driver was drop off us to the railway station and we have had to wait an hour in order to gather a group and go away. So, I don't know what to ask. Don't use this companies services. And about the Georgian driver's car, it was disgusting.

Terrible experience. The driver harassed a female passenger and left her stranded on the roadside. If you have another transportation option, use it. I would not trust a company that allows this kind of behavior.

Stay away from this 💩ty company! Our transport was supposed to leave at 7am. 50 people were waiting inside for one and half hour. It left at 8:20 instead. When coming back, the administrator sent a wrong location to two girls so we, 50 people had to wait for two girls for half an hour. When they finally found the bus, it turned out that it was overbooked so they basically had no place to sit and had to pass 7 hours standing inside the bus. When they called and complained to the administrator she reacted very aggressively and instead of apologizing started to insult these girls. Today I saw a reel where one of the drivers who was very rude and disrespectful towards the passengers during the trip, saw two passenger girls smoking while waiting in the border and hit one of them. I don't see any explanation and apologize from this company, they don't react to this case so we all should boycott these as*holes, this company should not exist. Next time I will travel with busvoyage and gg shuttle instead of these disrespectful disgusting service.

Здесь все уже подробно написали. Могу лишь подтвердить - не связываетесь с этой компанией. Оплатил билеты онлайн на рейс Тбилиси - Ереван с выездом в 3 ночи от дома юстиции. Никакой автобус не приехал, простояли с сыном ночью 40 минут в ожидании. На телефон никто не отвечал, звонил больше 15 раз, деньги до сих пор не вернули. НЕ ПОЛЬЗУЙТЕСЬ ЭТОЙ КОМПАНИЕЙ!!

Worst company ever do not use... they are liar when you get there they ask for double the money, we had a fight and threatened to call the police until they accepted . And after they received the money while we were passing the borders they left us there with our large bags in the middle of no where we had to pay a lot of money to get to yerevan !! Also even if yyou send them what luggage you have they will act surprise and rude and ask for more money for the bags it was the worst experience ever ...
