Как рассчитывается оценка
Общий рейтинг и рейтинг за 3 месяца сглажены: к сумме допустимых оценок прибавляем пять средних оценок платформы, затем делим на число оценок плюс пять. Пока на платформе меньше 100 оценок, основа — 3,5. При отсутствии оценок рейтинг не рассчитывается.
Отзывы lavuvat.am и импортированные имеют одинаковый вес. Отзывы без оценки 1–5 и с явным запретом источника в расчёт не входят. Распределение звёзд показывает только реальные оценки.
Показатель «За 3 месяца» включает 90 календарных дней, включая сегодняшний, по времени Армении. Для импорта учитывается исходная дата публикации. Поиск, оценка и период ленты не меняют рейтинг. При выборе филиала оба рейтинга рассчитываются по его отзывам.

Terrible communication and rude personnel. They ignore all attempts to book an appointment. After jumping through hoops just to get a response, I was met with such a bad attitude that I no longer want anything to do with them.
