Как рассчитывается оценка
Общий рейтинг и рейтинг за 3 месяца сглажены: к сумме допустимых оценок прибавляем пять средних оценок платформы, затем делим на число оценок плюс пять. Пока на платформе меньше 100 оценок, основа — 3,5. При отсутствии оценок рейтинг не рассчитывается.
Отзывы lavuvat.am и импортированные имеют одинаковый вес. Отзывы без оценки 1–5 и с явным запретом источника в расчёт не входят. Распределение звёзд показывает только реальные оценки.
Показатель «За 3 месяца» включает 90 календарных дней, включая сегодняшний, по времени Армении. Для импорта учитывается исходная дата публикации. Поиск, оценка и период ленты не меняют рейтинг. При выборе филиала оба рейтинга рассчитываются по его отзывам.

Hello everyone, Yesterday, I visited this shop in Yerevan Mall to return a piece of clothing we bought about a week ago. It was intended as a gift, but when we checked it, we realized the zipper was not working. While we were in the shop, the manager suddenly came over and said the item could not be returned because it had been worn and used. We explained that it had not been worn at all. She then called us liars and threatened to call security simply because we were asking for answers. In front of other customers, she said, “You have torn the badge, wear it,” then reattached the badge. After that, she insulted us by saying we smelled disgusting and that the clothes smelled like us. Words were exchanged after these humiliating remarks. Later that evening, we received a phone call from the manager’s brother, who was threatening us and asking for our phone numbers and location so we could “meet.” Can you imagine that? For your information, we have recordings of the incident and have requested additional call records from the telephone company. Today, I tried to contact the shop owner to report the manager’s behavior. I asked more than five times, but they refused to connect me. Long story short: be careful. This shop appears to be sharing customers’ phone numbers with third parties—in this case, the manager’s brother—who then use that information to make threats.
