Как рассчитывается оценка
Общий рейтинг и рейтинг за 3 месяца сглажены: к сумме допустимых оценок прибавляем пять средних оценок платформы, затем делим на число оценок плюс пять. Пока на платформе меньше 100 оценок, основа — 3,5. При отсутствии оценок рейтинг не рассчитывается.
Отзывы lavuvat.am и импортированные имеют одинаковый вес. Отзывы без оценки 1–5 и с явным запретом источника в расчёт не входят. Распределение звёзд показывает только реальные оценки.
Показатель «За 3 месяца» включает 90 календарных дней, включая сегодняшний, по времени Армении. Для импорта учитывается исходная дата публикации. Поиск, оценка и период ленты не меняют рейтинг. При выборе филиала оба рейтинга рассчитываются по его отзывам.

I purchased a travel eSIM for 5,100 AMD at this store at 12:30 PM. I was told to wait 20 minutes for activation. I waited more than 40 minutes, received the SMS, but the eSIM never worked. When I returned to the counter, I was asked to pay another 5,100 AMD instead of having the issue resolved. Customer service then told me to wait up to two days for a simple activation problem. Given this situation, I have reported the matter to the French Embassy in Armenia and to the police for suspected fraud and abusive practices targeting tourists. Very bad experience. I paid for a service that was never provided. J’ai acheté une eSIM travel pour 5 100 AMD dans cette boutique à 12h30. On m’a dit d’attendre 20 minutes pour l’activation. J’ai attendu plus de 40 minutes, j’ai reçu le SMS, mais l’eSIM n’a jamais fonctionné. Lorsque je suis retourné au guichet, on m’a demandé de payer à nouveau 5 100 AMD au lieu de résoudre le problème. Le service client m’a ensuite demandé d’attendre jusqu’à deux jours pour un simple problème d’activation. Face à cette situation, j’ai signalé les faits à l’Ambassade de France en Arménie ainsi qu’à la police pour suspicion de fraude et pratique abusive envers les touristes. Très mauvaise expérience. J’ai payé pour un service qui n’a jamais été fourni.

Good customer support, They mention that you're English/Russian speaker so when you call them they automatically speak your preferred language. Internet speed is good in Yerevan, and fair in other places. Subscription cost is good.

Waited in line for an hour, and when it was finally my turn, they told me I had to get another ticket and start all over again. No clear instructions, no apology, just more waiting. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time.
