How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Невозможно дозвониться, никогда никто не отвечает. На сайте нашла номер по поводу консульских услуг , задаю вопросы, говорят позвонить на другой номер который так же не отвечает !!! чтобы узнать что то - НЕВОЗМОЖНО !!!!

Отвратительное место и сайт, оплатил услугу, в итоге сказали что ничего не подвердилось мы вам перезвоним, деньги мне разумеется никто не предложил вернуть, но и конкретики по услуге никакой не дали, всем плевать. звонки сами никогда не берут, зачем им вообще служба поддержки если они не отвечают?! Работают 2 часа в день 4 дня в неделю, всем бы такой график мечты, служба поддержки судя по всему по такому же графику работает

Отвратительное обслуживание, прождать в миграционном центре 1.5 часа чтобы просто услышать «мы работаем до 6», и просто всех выгнать! Мэрия Еревана, сделайте что-то с худшим уровнем обслуживания в миграционном центре города! Или вам все равно?

No one at the front desk to guide. Mobile ID issue: I went there, they said go to another office. I went there and they said I needed to go to Ucom( my simcard provider). I went there, they said they cannot do it but they will call. After a week they called me and said to go back to immigration office! Today I went there and they said I have to go to passport office of Arabkir to confirm my residency and then come back here! Just what the hell guys?! Isn’t this ministry created to ease the “foreign affairs”?! Not even one online source for such an easy task. Not even enough space in their waiting areas and a single bathroom tor an Hour of waiting. If you miss your chance you gotta wait again. They reply really impolite and they don’t have enough information about their own job and how to guide customers.
