Review and reply guidelines

Tell us what happened when you contacted the company. Specific details help others understand the situation and help the company respond to the issue.

Write about your own experience

Describe your own interaction with the company: a purchase, service, support enquiry or attempt to place an order. A purchase is not required. Do not publish invented stories or other people's reviews as your own.

A low rating, emotional wording or a short text alone is not a reason to reject publication. Positive and negative reviews are checked under the same rules.

Links are not allowed in reviews or official replies, including links to the company's website and messengers. If a website address is found in the text, the form will ask you to remove it before submitting. This rule also applies when editing.

Do not use reviews or replies for advertising, spam or promoting other companies. Do not evade the ban by inserting spaces into an address or replacing a dot with a word.

Protect personal data

Do not disclose other people's phone numbers, emails, home addresses, payment details or other personal information. If contacts or documents are needed to resolve an issue, share them with the company privately.

The form may warn about possible contact details in the text. Check them before submitting: a warning does not yet mean that the rule has been broken.

Criticise actions, do not threaten people

You may describe service shortcomings and express dissatisfaction. Threats, harassment or attacks based on nationality, religion, gender or other personal characteristics are not allowed. A moderator considers the meaning and context of a message.

Respond to the issue

An official company reply must address the situation described. Explain your position and suggest a next step without advertising, links or disclosing the author's data. The same general rules apply to reviews and replies.

How moderation works

New reviews are manually checked before publication. A review that breaks the rules may be rejected, and published text may be hidden after review. A company's complaint does not itself prove a violation or justify deleting criticism.
