The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.

Открыл счет, сотрудники заверяли что его можно пополнять из России, оказалось что только граждане Армении могут из России переводить себе на счет в этом банке!! В итоге бесполезная трата денег и времени, а сотрудники ничего об этом не знают, поэтому проверяйте информацию выдаваемую сотрудниками эвокабанка. Как обменник норм, как банк, для нерезидентов Армении - бесполезный!

всегда проблема в обслуживании просто на размен денег в среднем уходит больше часа, ты сидишь ждешь больше часа чтобы тебе разменяли деньги, работают ооооочень медленно, это просто ужас
