How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

They are always very reluctant to cover the damage. The Travel Insurance is almost never covered, so consider it as just a piece of paper you need for abroad nothing more. What can you expect from this insurance company as the owner is the son of ex-president Kocharyan.

Просто ужас, а не страховка. Сроки медицинских компенсаций огромные и размытые. Скидывают деньги, ничего не указывая в приложении за какую конкретно заявку, что куда, суммы на абум, не совпадающие с конкретными заявками, дробят их, ничего не объясняя сидишь гадаешь за что скинули Звонишь им,спрашиваешь-кроме мямлящей воды ничего не получаешь. Пишешь в чат заявки вопрос, могут не отвечать 2-3 дня а то и никогда не ответят. Одобряют мало что, везде лимиты маленькие.

Абсолютные неадекваты. Отклоняют половину заявок внутри страховки по здоровью ссылаясь на исключения из покрытия, которые не имеют вообще никакого отношения к диагнозу.

Այսօր՝ 17.02.2026թ., ես դիմել եմ «Նաիրի Ինշուրանս» ընկերություն՝ ճամփորդական ապահովագրության պայմանագիր ձևակերպելու նպատակով։ Պայմանագիրը ստանալուց հետո, ճանապարհին տուն վերադառնալիս նկատեցի, որ փաստաթղթում նշված է իմ հին ազգանունը, որը չի համապատասխանում իմ գործող անձնագրում նշված տվյալներին։ Ես անմիջապես կապ հաստատեցի սպասարկման ծառայության հետ՝ խնդիրը լուծելու նպատակով։ Ինձ առաջարկվեց պարզապես էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով ուղարկել ճիշտ ազգանունը և ինքնուրույն տպել նոր տարբերակը։ Սակայն ապահովագրական պայմանագիրը հանդիսանում է պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ՝ կնիքով և ստորագրությամբ, և այն չի կարող ինքնուրույն տպագրվել ու ներկայացվել դեսպանատուն։ Նման առաջարկը վկայում է աշխատակիցների կողմից ընթացակարգերի և իրավական պահանջների անբավարար իմացության մասին։ Սխալի հետևանքով ես ստիպված եմ կրկին վերադառնալ գրասենյակ՝ լրացուցիչ ժամանակ և ֆինանսական միջոցներ ծախսելով։ Փաստաթուղթը ձևակերպած Ապ. Գործակալ ՝ Անի Խաչատրյան։ Խնդրում եմ ուսումնասիրել տվյալ դեպքը, ապահովել համապատասխան վերահսկողություն և կանխել նման սխալների կրկնությունը ապագայում։

If you have a medical insurance here you are eligible for 10 free days travel insurance. The catch is that you can't just get it on their website, you need to make a call. If you are lucky, an operator will answer. But they won't help you. They will assure that someone will call you back and prepare the travel insurance document for you. No call back received. You call again, ask for a call back (press 0 when nobody picks up the phone). You get the call back, tell them that the issue is urgent - you need to enter an embassy and you really need you travel insurance asap. They endure you that another operator will call you back. Guess what? You don't get the call back. So you xall again the next day. For several times. At last, you get the call back, and the operator hives her Viber contact to send the documents needed for the travel insurance. You send them right away. Aaaaand, you don't get an aswer. The eorking day is over. Now you have no other choice but to order your travel insurance online, for money. But not from Nairi.

Отвратительная работа офиса. Говорят что только заключают договоры. Помощи клиентам не дождешься. Сама страховая занижает выплаты и очень сложная процедура получения денег. Не страхуйтесь здесь.
