How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Tell Cell Wallet is the worst app in my experience, they charged me 7+ times for a power bank which didnt unlock from the terminal to be used. Support doesnt even bother to connect with a voice message to wait, they just don't respond

Ужасно не удобная система оплаты общественного транспорта. Билеты со сроками действия, нельзя оплатить одной картой за других членов семьи. Итд. Сделано все, что бы создавать искусственные неудобства

Für Touristen in Armenien ist es eh schon schwer genug zu Reisen. Es wird nicht einfacher, wenn der Registrierungsprozess über die App einfach nicht funktioniert. Obwohl ich ein sehr gutes Foto meines Passes gemacht habe wird es einfach nicht anerkannt. Das ist echt nervig und ich bitte darum dieses Problem zu beheben.

We’ve had an amazing time in Armenia, the only thing that ruined it was the Telcell horrible services. Their machine malfunctioned making us lose 5000 AMD, right then and there we called them but nobody answered. Afterwards we spend 5 days talking to their operators online trying to get our money back, but no success with that. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing services, I recommend avoiding them as a tourist in Armenia.
