How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

The bank employees were friendly and genuinely tried to help. On the day before the Republic Day holiday, they stayed with each client even after closing time to make sure everything could be completed and processed that same day. Many thanks to them for their dedication and support!

Opened an account in 1.5 months. Then did not accept own funds transfer and spent 2 months asking questions which should have been addressed at the account opening stage. Just a waste of time.
