How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Very very bad. They take Days to reply. They try to make you pay by saying its not covered in the insurance. Even my doctor said it should cover but they deny. Dont take insurance from here . Worst service and customer care.

Սարսափելի վատ սպասարկում, սարսափելի վատ վերաբերմունք, էթիկայի տարրական կանոնների բացակայություն։ Աշխատակիցները զանգին պատասխանելիս չեն ներկայանում, անանուն են հաղորդակցվում, շատ անմակարդակ և տհաճ են խոսում, մեկը մեկից ավելի վատն են։ Աշխատակից` Աննան, հազիվ անունն է նշում իմ մի քանի անգամ հարցնելուց հետո։ Հարցին ամբողջական չեն պատասխանում և չեն անդրադառնում, իրազեկված չեն։ Բժիշկները մտածում ես կրթված են, բայց իրենք էլ ավելի տհաճ են խոսում։ Հնարավորինս հեռու այս կազմակերպությունից և իրենց ոչ բարով մատուցած ծառայություններից։
