How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Будьте осторожны, тут мошенники! Меняют евро как доллары! С утра приходил разменять 20 EURO (евро) — отдал в окошко евро одной купюрой. Мне разменяли деньги, выдали чек и пока я стоял у кассы и проверял чек/деньги — человек вышел из окошка и пропал. В пересчете денег было НЕ достаточно, по чеку — мне разменяли как USD (доллар) по курсу доллара, а не евро. Будьте внимательны!

Проверяйте деньги не отходя от окна. Менял 16 тысяч рублей. Дали несколько купюр по 20 тысяч драм. Две купюры настоящие, а одну дали "билета банка приколов". Туристу визуально не отличить. В отеле сказали, что уже не первый случай. На настоящих деньгах рифленый край на ощупь и надпись "central bank of republic armenia"
