How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

The worst hospital ever. More like a horror movie. The doctors mainly are good, but the whole system and how things are done are the worst. Stay away from this place if possible.

Departments are disorganised, disconnected. Most of the doctors are lucking basic communications and referral skills. Nurses and other health professionals are worn out and snappy due to enormous work loads. Therefore any treatment is chaotic and not as effective as it could be. It is frustrating for patients and their families. A sick family member disables whole family: no meals and care provided. Each family has to look after its sick relative usually sleeping on the same single bed with him/her! Caring for a relative becomes a full-time job for a few relatives. Even when admission and treatment is free, it is not. Most of tests, blood for transfusion, medication etc. have to be paid for and delivered by the family . Doctors are clueless how to operate Armed system and most of them simply do not have access to it, never mind training. Therefore, it is underutilised and not beneficial for all parties envolved and many patients pay for treatments, procedures etc. which should be free. Noise levels are going up in the evening usually until midnight. Nurses contribute to it too, as they are shouting in the hallways back and forward to each other while performing their duties or having a laughter in the middle of the hallway. Unfortunately, it overshadows their extrimeely hard work, knowledge and skills. Changes are needed.
