How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Очень большой медицинский центр,много врачей по разным направлениям,мой муж обращался к хирургу,все понравилось,отличные специалисты.Отношение к пациентам заботливое,качество лечения отличное.Удобный подъезд к зданию,время ожидания специалиста зависит от количества пациентов,я так же обращалась к эндокринологу,была живая очередь с 9 утра,много пациентов,но врач принимал очень быстро и все по теме без лишних слов,мне понравилось,спасибо врачам этого центра

хотела сделать операцию на нос, было направление от врача а так как мне нет 18 могла сделать бесплатно, в итоге взяли номер, и не звонили. сама звонила своему врачу первый раз взял трубку и записал ещё раз, а в следующие дни когда я звонила он не отвечал на звонки. и даже не принял заявку на операцию) врач Гегам Леваевич Хандарян, вообщем не советую!

I faced truly outrageous and ignorant attitude from Dr. Nina Nazinian, their neurologist and a member in their department of multiple sclerosis studies. As a recommendation from a neurologist from my clinic, I crossed an half of the city to get final opinion of this specialist to start my treatment already. Instead of summarizing the information of medical examinations conducted and make a logical diagnosis which 2 doctors had agreed with before, she simply avoided responsibility and asked to wait their chief doctor's return from vacation to have extra analysis prescribed (such as a urine test, or additional MRI when the one was made already). When I questioned on what can I do now to ease my symptoms, she offered me getting hospitalized 🤡 Why? If your chief doctor is on vacation, who's going to help me? Just make a diagnosis and give me a prescription so that I can buy pills and drink them to feel better now. // I checked later and learned that a chief doctor's consultation costs 3 times larger (30k AMD or 70 EUR). Offering it when enough information is accumulated is just an attempt to make money // ! A dedicated medical audit has to be implemented to verify this doctor's competency. I don't recommend this specialist !

Overall a great hospital with huge patient turnover rate, staff needs training on how to behave with patient's relatives/spouses. Maternity clinic has a section where you can't enter as a husband but I don't see strict control and even if you miss the notice and eventually enter you can be "welcomed" with rudeness.. To the higher management: please do work on mid level and service staff's(such as cashiers, secretaries) proper training on service and basic communication skills, thank you!

Ужасающая организация приема пациентов по страховке. Был направлен сюда к травматологу (Мхитарян Эдуард). Огромная территория, никакой навигации, врач не отвечает на звонки — пришлось с травмированным коленом самостоятельно искать кабинет и подниматься по лестницам. Приема ждал более 40 минут. Весь визит выглядел как «заход по знакомству», а не официальный прием. После получения результатов МРТ врач просто перестал выходить на связь. Никакого диагноза, никакого плана лечения или рекомендаций по фиксации сустава я так и не получил. Потерянное время и риск осложнения травмы.
