How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Врач-УЗИ Сюзанна Карапетян полное хамло, некомпетентный, неадекватный недоврач, надменно разговаривает с пациентами, как таких берут на работу??? Ещё и в гинекологическое отделение , не дай Бог к ней попасть. Просто жаль таких людей.

i really needed another rabies shot that day so i came at 8:00, yandex driver took me right to the emergency entrance (ramp for cars) and they took me immediately! i gave them the paper from dilijan medical center and they asked few questions (almost no english, mostly russian!) and have me the shot. It was great!

Обслуживание в медицинском центре могло быть немного на более высоком уровне! Сделали кт и только после просьбы записали диск, хотя если услуга стоит 60000 драм, сервис не должен хромать
