How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Не рекомендую! Такое чувство ,что рынок а не стом клиника. Я делала кт ,после ожидания очереди,не обычной очереди ,а кумовской очереди ,затем в режиме ожидания уже в кабинете ,пока разбирались со снимком другого пациента ,я попросила меня обслужить ,и тут убийственный взгляд доктора на себе увидела ,спустя время доктор не успокоилась и пришла в кабинет с возмущениями при мне про меня же излагала свои возмущения . В итоге мой день был испорчен. Читая отзывы пациентов ,думаю они вполне обаснованы ,так как чек мне не выдали при оплате . Думаю и с документацией там не всё в порядке.

I came here for orthodontic treatment continuation. Paid for full diagnostics (CBCT, cephalometry, TMJ analysis) and was promised a treatment plan. What I received was a PowerPoint presentation with a single price of 900,000 AMD and no breakdown of what is included, what is excluded, what stages are covered, or what the timeline commits to. For a 24-month case involving extractions, mini-screws, and preparation for orthognathic surgery, this is not a treatment plan — it is a quote. When I asked for a written contract and informed consent forms — standard practice under Armenian medical law for paid services and irreversible procedures — I was told the clinic does not use these. When I followed up to clarify whether the orthodontist was refusing my case, the administrator stopped replying. The doctor's clinical work seems competent. The clinic's organization, documentation, and communication are not. I cannot recommend this clinic for any complex or long-term treatment.

Моё почтение! Не знаю какая стоматология, но рубашка-тряпка на входе в клинику убивает. Космические цены стоматологов наверно позволит купить какую-то тряпку прямого назначения!? В клинике есть профессиональный дерматолог-подолог. Он спас вашу клинику от одной звезды.
