How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Очереди огромные, записываешся в 1 будут принимать в 2-3, тем не менее, врачи очень професианально работают, обясняют все ясными словами а не терминамы, если в будущем будет нужна помощ в этом профиле, одназначно прийду сюда

Самая ужасная из всех Армянских офтальмологических клиник! В этой клинике вместо того чтобы мне помочь, еще хуже сделали, не могла видеть одним глазом, а потом сказали якобы мои проблемы выдуманные. Ни кому не советую!

Severe lack of organization, safety standards, and patient respect While some doctors here may be skilled, the overall organization of this clinic is unacceptable and potentially dangerous for patients. 1.Complete Chaos & Zero Privacy: The examination rooms are overcrowded with multiple patients at once. Consultations are constantly interrupted, and there is absolutely no privacy or basic doctor-patient confidentiality. 2.Lack of Informed Consent: Staff and assistants administer procedures and drops without explaining what they are using, why, or what the side effects might be. No proper safety info or consent is provided, which is a clear violation of patient rights. 3. Disorganized Process & Bureaucracy: Patients with dilated, sensitive eyes are forced to wait for hours under bright lights, wandering from one office to another, standing in endless lines just to complete basic paperwork and payments. 4.Outdated Administrative Mindset: The administrative process feels trapped in a bygone era. Payments take forever, staff move painfully slowly, and patient care feels like a conveyor belt rather than individual medical attention. A medical center should prioritize patient safety, clear guidance, and proper protocols. Unfortunately, the administrative and organizational failure here completely ruins the patient experience. I would strongly advise being extremely vigilant if you choose to visit.

Lack of Protocol: Drops and tests are performed without telling the patient what they are receiving or checking for potential side effects. Total Chaos: Expect zero privacy. Doctors handle several patients simultaneously in overcrowded rooms with constant interruptions. Painful Bureaucracy: Expect to spend hours just navigating paperwork and payment desks while waiting in bright corridors with sensitive, dilated eyes. The severe organizational failure and lack of patient communication ruin whatever medical expertise they claim to have. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for serious eye care.

The medical staff is competent, but the hospital's administrative operations are severely outdated. Despite having good doctors, the entire patient experience is dragged down by a lack of basic IT infrastructure. A few major issues stood out: - Constant Interruptions: My consultation was repeatedly disrupted, which the doctor fortunately apologized for, but it felt highly unprofessional. - Absurd Payment Process: It took an astonishing three hours just to pay the bill. The staff at the payment desks moved incredibly slowly, and the payment terminals are inexplicably locked in a room only accessible by the cashier. - Outdated Reception & Paperwork: The check-in process is painfully manual. Staff are still filling out forms by hand, forcing patients to physically carry paperwork from one department to another. The clinical care is there, but the hospital is trapped in a Soviet times, paper-based mindset that desperately needs modernizing.
