How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Մենք գնել ենք Renault Express ավտոմեքենա Megna ընկերությունից, սակայն մեր փորձառությունը, ցավոք, բավականին հիասթափեցնող էր։ Նրանց առաջարկությամբ տեղադրեցինք հեղուկ գազի համակարգ Premium Gas կազմակերպությունում։ Տեղադրումից անմիջապես հետո ավտոմեքենան սկսեց ինքնուրույն անջատվել։ Խնդիրը երկար ժամանակ չէր լուծվում և վերջնականապես լուծվեց միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ ամբողջ գազային համակարգը ամբողջությամբ փոխվեց։ Բացի այդ, ընդամենը 48,000 կմ վազքից հետո առաջացավ փոխանցման տուփի պոդշիպնիկների փոխարինման անհրաժեշտություն։ Սերվիսը առաջարկեց այդ աշխատանքը կատարել շուկայականից մոտ երկու անգամ ավելի բարձր գնով, սակայն նույնիսկ մեր համաձայնության դեպքում աշխատանքը չկատարվեց՝ պատճառաբանելով պահեստամասի բացակայությունը։ Արդարության համար պետք է նշեմ, որ անձնակազմի հետ մարդկային շփման խնդիրներ չենք ունեցել։ Սակայն ծառայության կազմակերպումը, առաջարկվող լուծումները և ընդհանուր մոտեցումը մեզ համար հիասթափեցնող էին։ Այս փորձից հետո մենք որոշեցինք մեր հաջորդ մեքենաները գնել այլ աղբյուրներից։ We purchased a Renault Express from Megna, but unfortunately our overall experience was quite disappointing. Following their recommendation, we installed an LPG system at Premium Gas. Shortly after installation, the vehicle began shutting off by itself. The issue persisted for some time and was only resolved after the entire LPG system had to be completely replaced. In addition, at only 48,000 km, the gearbox required bearing replacement. The service center offered to perform the repair at around twice the market price, and even after we agreed, the work was not completed due to the lack of spare parts. To be fair, we had no personal issues with the staff. However, the overall service organization, the proposed solutions, and the level of responsibility were disappointing. After this experience, we decided to purchase our other vehicles from different sources.
