How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

It’s a terrible printing company. At first, they are friendly and polite, but during the process, if there is an issue with the file or any corrections are needed, they print it without discussing the problem with the client or clarifying anything first. Then, as soon as you point out that the mistake was on their side, they immediately become defensive and confrontational. They simply insist that I approved the file and do not approach the situation in a professional or understanding manner.

Перестали отвечать на сообщения. Читают и не отвечают. Может удалите свою отметку из карт? Просто чтобы своё и чужое время не тратить
