How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Отвратительное обслуживание ! Трубки тупо не берут на ресепшене, звонишь в отделение говорят «мы ничем вам не можем помочь, до свидания» !!!! Научите сотрудников разговаривать, а на ресепшене элементарно брать трубку . Я ехала 1час к ним , чтоб задать вопрос !

Плохой обслуживание. Умеют быстро и эффективно сделать рентгены снимки но никак не сможет найти врачу чтобы смотреть это Ожидание был более 2 часов

I am very disappointed with the working approach of one of your nurses in the laboratory, specifically in Room 101. Unfortunately, I do not know her name, but she has blonde hair. I believe she needs to improve her professionalism and communication with patients. In addition, she clearly requires refresher training in basic intravenous injection techniques, which appear to have been forgotten. I developed a significant hematoma after a routine laboratory test—something I have never experienced in other hospitals. Moreover, her behavior was rude and inappropriate. It is not the patient’s responsibility if a staff member cannot control her emotions or language. Medical professionals working with people should demonstrate respect, competence, and professionalism at all times.
