I had an appointment scheduled at Avanta for a dental check-up and consultation. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled time and waited in the clinic. When my appointment time came, I went to the reception desk again and was told to wait. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, no one came to inform me whether I needed to wait longer or how much time it would take. I tried once more to clarify when my procedure would begin, but again I was only told to wait, without any explanation or estimated waiting time. Due to this lack of communication and organization, I decided to leave the clinic. About 20 minutes later, I received a call from them saying they had been looking for me, but by that time I had already left. Overall, this experience felt very unprofessional and irresponsible. The staff did not communicate delays properly and did not ask whether I was able or willing to wait.
