How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Вчера купила там достаточно дорогой бад, и сегодня открыла коробку. Очень удивилась такой упаковке и посчитала таблетки. Обнаружила, что кто-то просто отрезал часть и в этой аптеке со спокойной душой продали по полной цене 👍 В упаковке нет 6 капсул! Никогда и нигде я в жизни такого не видела, и честно говоря просто в шоке, это же натуральное воровство. Нет слов. Проверяйте то, что приобрели у этих воров на месте, чтобы не столкнуться с подобной ситуацией.

DANGEROUS AND DISGRACEFUL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I placed an emergency medical order at 13:19 with a strict 2-hour delivery promise. It has been over FOUR hours. The courier keeps pathologically lying about the time, and management completely refused to fix it via Yandex. They are actively risking my health and do not care about human suffering.
