How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

В июне 2025 года у меня были проблемы с ухом,стреляющие боли.Зделала МРТ в Наири и посетила кабинет лор врача. Врач мне назначила ушные капли,отипакс и сказала,что это осложнение после отита.капли не чем не помогли.через некоторое время опять пришла к врачу и сказала, что ухо опять болит. Она сказала опасного ничего нет.Я два раза оплачивала полную сумму кабинета.Пришла зима и я простудилась и у меня очень сильно начил болеть ухо,я пошла в другую больницу,мне назначили КТ и выяснилось,что у меня киста в пазухе. Мне было неприятно от этого всего.
