How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I watched the opera Carmen here. It was really excellent, and the hall was also very beautiful. But it would be better if people followed the rules and didn’t take photos during the performance. An elderly lady was sitting next to us and kept taking videos and photos with the flash on, which was bothering us. They warned her from the auditorium several times, but it didn’t help.

Купили билеты на концерт на 19 часов вечера. На сайте концертного зала написано, что концерт в 19 часов. На билетах написано что в 19 часов. В итоге, около сотни человек приехало к 19 часам, а в 19 часов открыли только двери. И с удивлённым выражением лица говорят "ничего не знаю, концерт в 20 часов, но мы разберемся" конечно же разбираться никто не собирался. Ужасная организация.
