How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I asked if I can have a consultation with a doctor, was told that I have to wait 20 minutes. After 45 minutes wait I still wasn’t seen by a doctor. It’s such a disrespect towards a customer and their time. As a client who always came to this clinic when I was in town, I won’t be returning here

I had a pedicure at Helios today and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Although this wasn’t my first visit, I will probably not return. The specialist seemed rushed throughout the appointment and was not particularly welcoming or customer-oriented. I was also concerned that no disposable cover was placed on the pedicure machine, which raises hygiene concerns. The entire pedicure lasted only about 20 minutes, whereas a proper pedicure typically takes much longer. Considering that Helios charges above-average prices, I expected a much higher standard of service, professionalism, and hygiene. Sadly, today’s experience did not meet those expectations

This clinic is absolutely wonderful with very great, kind staff who treat you with total respect. The doctors are excellent and suggest the best treatment after a thorough consultation and spending plenty of time with you, while the treatment prices aren't high. Based on my personal experience, unlike other clinics, they aren't out to empty your pockets. I had a really disappointing experience. From the beginning my nail technician (Alice Iskenean) seemed unfriendly, and when I asked questions, I received irritated responses. She rushed through the entire appointment, including the cuticle work, which was uncomfortable. During the manicure she kept rushing. When I asked if everything was okay and why we were rushing, she became a bit nicer, but the whole appointment still felt very rushed. The final polish had bubbles and a wrinkled surface. I was told it would be fine once it dried, but unfortunately it didn’t improve. I left with painful cuticles and a manicure that looked far below the quality I expected from the studio. Very disappointing experience.

При записи по телефону мне назвали стоимость консультации в размере X. После приема попросили оплатить в два раза больше, хотя о повышенной цене заранее не предупреждали. Если стоимость зависит от каких-то условий, об этом стоит сообщать до приема. Остался неприятный осадок из-за отсутствия прозрачности в ценообразова. Кроме того, у меня сложилось впечатление, что врачам не хватало опыта и уверенности, поэтому качество консультации не оправдало ожиданий.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at Helios Medical Center was very disappointing. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional; I was asked sarcastic and inappropriate questions regarding my pain management, and in the end, the cosmetologist refused to provide the service. I remember that when the center first opened in the 2000s, the service was extremely attentive, almost to the point of flattery. After this visit, I will no longer be attending this center.
