How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Пришло время написать отзыв , 10 месяцев назад сделала септопластику плюс изменение кончика носа, результатом осталась довольна, натурально и эстетично выглядит результат. С доктором Левоном обсудила все От и До, персонал прекрасный в клинике, все понравилось. На вечер после операции отпустили домой, хотя разрешено остаться в клинике на ночь. Руки доктора золотые , Левон настоящий профессионал своего дела, после операции он сказал что остался доволен результатом, показал фото на планшете чтобы посмотреть потом результат
