How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I had a great experience at Lumier optics, Komitas branch. I have been visiting Lumier Optics for a long time and always have a great experience. They offer excellent customer service. I enjoy visiting Dr. Shake whenever I need an eye examination or advice. Dr. Shake is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Lumier optics.

Recently bought a pair of sunglasses here; their selection is amazing and my girl friend noted that the lady who was recommending stuff has great taste and we were presented with so many great options that it was hard to decide; the lady did not speak English or German and I know a barely functional Armenian but she tried her best to explain everything thoroughly. The prices are also fair compared to the quality of the products.

Amazing optician! I came to get my eyes measured for lenses. The doctor is very thoughtful and detailed. She discovered that my glasses of many years have been wrong. I am extremely grateful and can only recommend this store.

Jasmine is the worst eye doctor in the world, with no time responsibility

We had already ordered prescription lenses at another branch of this optics store, but couldn't find the right clip-on frames there. We popped into this location without expecting much, but were pleasantly surprised! The selection here is significantly larger. A huge shoutout to the assistant, Anna, she was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond to help us find and select the exact frames we were looking for. Outstanding customer service and highly recommended!

I’ve had a terrible experience at this branch. I was originally given glasses with demo lenses instead of my prescription. I was told the correction would take one day, but it’s been three. Every time I call, I get the same empty promise that they'll be ready 'today.

I had a wonderful experience at the Lumiere glasses shop thanks to Gayane and Victoria. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made the entire process very pleasant. They were extremely attentive, patiently helping me choose the right frames and giving thoughtful advice that truly suited my needs. What impressed me most was how warm and welcoming they were. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. Thanks to their help, I ended up buying two pairs of glasses, and I am happily going home with both of them. Thank you, Gayane and Victoria, for your excellent service and for making my visit to Lumiere such a positive experience. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality eyewear and truly outstanding customer service. 😊
