How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Good and friendly team, but unfortunately the diagnosis was wrong and potentially dangerous. A positive attitude is important, but medical accuracy is critical. I hope they review their diagnostic process more carefully to avoid similar risks for other patients.

Очень хороший центр! Сначала по телефону все подробно пояснили, потом в первый раз смотрел главный специалист - выслушал проблемы (болела спина), посмотрел МРТ и направление от невролога, провел осмотр и только после этого определились с программой лечения - кинезиотерапия и физиотерапия. Тренера очень внимательные и дружелюбные, объясняют технику и всегда уточняют подробности самочувствия. Изначально болела спина (удаленная работа, отсутствие спорта) - после восстановления в центре уже перешла на регулярные тренировки в зале, но некоторые упражнения выполняю до сих пор. Спасибо! Очень рекомендую!
