Աշխարհի ամենա վատ բժշկական կենտրոն, առավոտվանից փորձում ենք կապ հաստատել։ Կինս ջերմությամբ եւ սրտխարնոցով ամչողջ օրվա ընդացքում 3-4 անգամ օպերատորների հետ խոսելուց եւ հաղորդագրություններ գրելուց հետո հիմա արդեն ժամը 20:00-է դեռ բժշկի հետ չի կարողացել խոսել։ Վարդանանցում կմեռնես մինչեւ բժիշկը կարձագանքի եւ ետզանգ կանի։ Ցավում եմ իրենց հաճախորդների համար։

Բժշկական կենտրոնը հսրմարավետ է,կոկիկ,մաքուր։Սպասարկումը միջին և ցածր է,անտարբեր մոտեցում բժիշկների կողմից։ Անգամ կենտրոն եմ զանգել,որպեսզի բժշկի հետ խոսեմ,չեմ կարողացել,բժիշկը չի էլ հետ զանգահարել։

Horrible experience with the team's time management. They squize hundreds of people within one day to gain more money from the insurance companies, public budget and private expenses, yet they don't bother hiring a few more people at the reception to speed up the distribution of patients. Absolutely horrendous, I came in advance and still they made me wait for 50 minutes before they would allow me to visit my doctor. Because of the reception unorganized manner of work I was a whole hour late for my appointment. The clinic is constantly crowded and there is nowhere one can sit in such a crowd.
