I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this medical center. The waiting times are unacceptable. Patients are forced to wait in long queues, and calls are simply not answered. If you clearly have such a high patient flow, then increase your staff — this is basic service management. Communication is another major issue. The only way to reach doctors is through a general call center or email, and responses take days. In urgent situations, this is absolutely unacceptable. The treating doctor does not even provide direct contact details, making it impossible to reach them when it actually matters — which was exactly the case for me. What shocked me the most is that when you come in feeling unwell, you may still have to wait up to two days just to get an available appointment. This essentially means: if you are not dying, you are expected to endure severe pain and simply wait. Yes, the staff members are polite — but unfortunately, that does not compensate for a completely broken system. Good manners cannot replace timely medical care. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and, frankly, unacceptable for a healthcare provider.
