How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Позвонила секретарю, по номеру телефона +374 55 409993, хотела записаться на прием к доктору Стамболтсяну, спросила, возможно ли придти сегодня на прием, отметив, что очень необходима консультация врача и его мнение, так как о нем я слышала только хорошее. На мой вопрос, секретарь нервничала, грубила, отключила разговор, и еще и написала гневное сообщение, которое вовсе ко мне не имело никакого отношения. Уважаемый врач, я Вам писала в инстаграм, телеграм, вайбер и вотсап, но меня просто проигнорировали. Это не правильное отношение к клиенту и к пациенту. Такие сотрудники просто портят Вашу репутацию. Я искренне не буду советовать никому из своих знакомых обращаться по данному телефону. На мой вопрос, как зовут сотрудницу, она мне ответила таким образом : «А Вам какое дело как меня зовут» Что извините ? Прикрепляю скрин сообщения, которое она мне еще отправила после того, как отключила. Просто ужас!

Կլինիկան ընդունել է պացիենտին և նշանակել վիրահատության համար անհրաժեշտ հետազոտություններ, դեղերը, նշանակվել է վիրահատության օր: Պացիենտին քաշքշուկների մեջ գցել, վատնել ժամանակը և միջոցները, ու հետո հայտարարել, թե վիրահատություն չի կարող կատարվել, նշելով տարբեր բացատրություններ ՝ բժիշկը նշում էր լիցենզիայի խնդիրը, ադմինիստրացիաի աշխատակիցը ՝ Արմեդ համակարգի, քանի որ պացիենտը անչափահաս է 17 տարեկան: Իմ կարծիքով կլինիկաի պատասխանատվությունն էր նախապես ստուգել սեփական լիցենզիայի կամ Արմեդի սահմանափակումները, եթե իրոք դա էր պատճառը։ Բայց ամենաշատը ես ապշած եմ ադմինիստրացիա անհաարգալից տոնից, որը ներեղություն խնդրելու փոխարեն իմ գումարները հաշվում և որոշում է այդ ծախսելը ինձ համար ցավոտ է թե ոչ: Դա առնվազն ոչ կորրեկտ, և միայն ապացուցում է սպասարկման որակի բացակայությունը և այն, որ կլինիկաի համար պացիենտի շահը բացարձակ արժեք չունի:
