How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Honestly don’t even bother coming into this store.. They truly need to learn how to better serve their customers..You ask the employee for a specific shoe size to try on the shoe they feel lazy to go to the back to bring it.. there standing near the corner having a conversation instead of approaching clients who need help.. When employees like this run the store you don’t even wanna comeback due to their unwelcoming behavior.. Do better Adidas..
