How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Вчера меня прооперировали здесь, сегодня уже дома. Очень хорошая клиника, доволен всем и всеми. Персонал наиприятнейший, и наидобрейший. Всем помогут, всё покажут и скажут. Работают здесь профессионалы ! Клиника маленькая уютная, можно сдать анализы и пройти всякие обследования. Всю ночь после операции мне помогали медсестра и врачи со всеми проблемами. Операции в основном тут делают проктологические и пластические, и другие тоже. Вид из палаты впрочем как и всё остальное
