How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this medical center. The service was unprofessional and disorganized. I had to wait a long time despite having an appointment, and the staff did not communicate clearly about the delay. The doctors seemed rushed and did not take enough time to properly listen to my concerns or explain the treatment plan. I did not feel valued as a patient. Overall, the experience lacked the level of care and professionalism that a medical center should provide. I hope they improve their service and patient communication in the future

Клиника Medline полностью оправдывает своё название. Видимо, «Med» - это медицина, а «line» - очередь. Очередь в регистратуру, очередь к врачу, очередь на ожидание предыдущей очереди.

Я обратился в клинику в первый раз с острым холециститом, меня оперативно обследовали и вскоре прооперировали. На всех этапах ко мне относились с вниманием, доброжелательностью и заботой. Хоть это была моя первая операция, было не страшно, персонал клиники все время психологически меня поддерживал. Я хочу от всей души поблагодарить хирурга Петросяна Вагана. Он не только безупречно провёл операцию, но и подробно проконсультировал меня перед операцией, помог быстро встать на ноги, объяснил мне как менять перевязку и обрабатывать послеоперационные швы, он очень хороший человек и я у него в долгу. Я также хочу поблагодарить гастроэнтеролога Ани Айрапетян за то, что она отнеслась ко мне с тёплом и вниманием и безошибочно поставила диагноз. И конечно же благодарю многих других специалистов клиники, которые помогли мне в эту трудную минуту, у меня нет ни единой жалобы или претензии. Спасибо Вам! Мне очень повезло обратиться именно в эту клинику, и я настоятельно ее рекомендую.
