How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Ставлю найвысшую оценку за то, что очень быстро решили мою проблему. У меня выпала старая пломба, оголился нерв. Холодное, горячее, твердое, мягкое - очень много неприятных ощущений. Искал на районе какую-то клинику. Среди множества внутреннее чувство подсказало обратиться именно сюда. Пришёл без записи посреди рабочего дня, все заняты, в приемной ждёт своей очереди пожилая женщина, на большом экране визуализация и приятная музыка, климат в помещении прохладный. Из кабинета на секунду вышел доктор Роман Геворгян, я задал ему вопрос, он попросил немного подождать и принял меня. Осмотрел, сделал ренген, восстановил пломбу и избавил меня от страданий. Не долго, не больно, качественно. Я, честно говоря, ещё никогда не был так доволен походом к стоматологу 👍 Ценник адекватный, это тоже немаловажный пункт 🤌
