How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I was very disappointed with the attitude at this café today. My toddler urgently needed to use the restroom, and I politely asked if he could use the WC. The staff refused, even though it was a small child. I understand that some places have policies about restrooms, but showing a little kindness to a young child in that situation would have been the humane thing to do. I hope the management reconsiders how situations like this are handled in the future.
