How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Были с подругой 02.06.2026года, то есть сегодня. Персонал вежливый, обслуживали достаточно деликатно, все понравилось, кроме долмы, которая была совсем несъедобная, мясо прогорклое, мацун не сдобрили ни зеленью , ни чесноком, просто вывалили его из упаковки. Я честно, попросила убрать со стола недоеденную долму и сказала, что это невкусно, от слова совсем, ну и конечно, не оставили чаевые, потому, что они эту эту долму включили в счет- как-то так- единственный неприятный момент в Ереване и в целом в Армении. А так все дни, проведенные здесь были очень замечательные!!!

Food was awful and the staff are very rude and confuse. I will never come back.
