How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

We brought our child here for a dental check-up, fillings, and nerve treatment for 8 teeth. We paid between 25,000 and 35,000 AMD per tooth, depending on the procedure. For Armenia, that's a significant amount of money. I had read many positive reviews and felt confident about the quality of the work. Initially, everything seemed fine, and I couldn't complain. However, after only 9 months, one filling fell out, and the tooth that had received nerve treatment started hurting. Two other treated teeth have also developed problems. It's very disappointing, especially considering such a short time has passed since the treatment. We no longer live in Armenia, so now we have to pay a lot of money to have these three teeth treated again. Based on our experience, I'm disappointed with the long-term results.
