How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Its a dump of a place. Needs renovation, staff is as bitter as 100% chocolate. Took forever to get our order. No wonder everyone was busy around them and their seating was empty. They told us their credit card machine was not connected. Stay away.

Красивые картины, удобные мягкие диванчики и кресла, можно сидеть снаружи, персонал вежливый, обслуживают быстро, но из минусов — закрываются в 00:00, хотя, казалось бы, у Каскада можно и подольше работать. Но в целом место приятное, не очень дорого, мороженое вкусное. Գեղեցիկ նկարներ կան, հարմար փափուկ բազմոցներ և բազկաթոռներ, կարելի է նստել նաև դրսում, անձնակազմը քաղաքավարի է, սպասարկումը արագ է, բայց մինուսներից՝ փակվում են 00:00-ին, թեև թվում է, որ Կասկադի մոտ կարելի էր ավելի երկար աշխատել։ Բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ տեղը հաճելի է, շատ թանկ չէ, պաղպաղակը համեղ է։ Beautiful paintings, comfortable soft sofas and armchairs, you can sit outside, the staff is polite, service is fast, but one downside is that they close at 00:00, although it seems like a place near the Cascade could stay open longer. Overall, it’s a pleasant place, not too expensive, and the ice cream is tasty.
