How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I was in such a rush and found this place. From the outside I thought it would be bad food, a lot of the menu did not look great but the chicken shawarma was amazing. I asked what food is ready in max 5 minutes and went for it. It was so delicious, only 1200 for the large but cash only. Luckily I had my wallet on me. The women was very friendly and spoke English. See you soon for another shawarma 😎

I was disappointed with the experience. A basic order like this usually includes ketchup, yet I was informed that ketchup was not included and I have to pay an additional 400 AMD for it Charging separately for something so basic, I hope the management will seriously review their service standards.

The jump of spice level from level 4 to level 5 is bad, 4 is okay and then 5 kills your mouth and senses. The seasoning can be better

This is the second time I've ordered from here, but the first time I specified that the food should be spicy and tan, the order arrived in an hour and thirty minutes, and the order was cold. I tried to order again the next time and mentioned the problem, but they still wouldn't accept it. When I ordered for the second time, I already mentioned on the phone that it should be 5 degrees spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all. I'm very dissatisfied with this place!!!. They didn't even give me my money back for the tan they forgot, but it was written on the paper that I ordered tan. !!!!!

I had seen some videos about people trying this place and it awoke my interest because it looked so much like some of the fast food chains from America. I really wish i could say I enjoyed it but i really didn’t. I had ordered the combo without the drinks. First of the spice levels were really confusing. Spice level 4 was like not spicy at all even my little brother could eat it without any complaints but level 5 damn nearly killed us. I mean i would have imagined it to be like that at the highest level 7 but at 5..? But the biggest issue at hand was that it tasted like nothing. I couldn’t even taste salt. The fries and wedges were soggy and had no crunch at all. They were just seasoned with a spicy paprika seasoning and thats it. The crispy chicken wings were actually crispy which was good for once. Overall just would not recommend. I do see the vision but there’s still a long way ahead.
