How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Мастер неправильно подобрал оттенок, из-за чего корни остались заметно светлее длины. Мне объяснили, что это «нормально», потому что в длине накопился пигмент и корни нужно красить повторно. Я крашу волосы каждый месяц, и у других мастеров эта проблема решалась обычным подбором правильного оттенка. Если бы повторное окрашивание корней действительно было обязательным, я бы постоянно ходила с разными по цвету корнями и длиной. Мне предложили прийти на коррекцию через несколько дней, но предоставлять свои волосы для дальнейших экспериментов в этом салоне я не планирую.

Dianna did my manicure gellac and french ❤️ she did really good and easy to find appointment they use online reservation system so you dont need to waste time for that The salon is in need of renovation. There are no dust extraction machines, so when removing gel, all the dust spreads into the air and onto our clothes, and we end up breathing it in. There was also an open electrical outlet right next to the sink, which is a safety concern. Overall, the staff and the service are very good. It is not a cheap place, but the prices are reasonable for the quality of service. However, the salon definitely needs to be renovated.
