How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Можно выселить человека с рынка , но рынок из человека выселить не получится. Отель выставляет неадекватные цены на услуги, которых нет в прайс-листе, дальше забирает деньги наличкой. Приходится торговаться в отеле. Если вам нравится ощущение рынка, то пожалуйста, отдыхайте, в противном случае не советую место

Останавливались в этом отеле для встречи Нового года 2026. Отель чистый, новый, есть место для парковки авто и электро зарядка, находится на выезде из Еревана в сторону аэропорта, рядом есть продуктовый магазин, овощной рынок, фруктовый павильон, мясной, цветочный ларёк. В летнее время работает открытый бассейн. Завтрак шведский стол, еды хватает. Номера чистые, кравати удобные. Есть чайник, чай, кофе, сахар, телевизор.
