How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Очень приятное кафе. Мой первый выбор, когда хочу встретиться и пообщаться с друзьями: несмотря на центральное расположение, не бывает слишком многолюдно и всегда тихо. Меню небольшое, вкусные салаты, хорошие свои десерты, но в целом, скорее место не для поесть, а для приятно провести время. Всегда очень теплая атмосфера и очень, очень приятное обращение от всех сотрудников.

Очень вкусные пирожки, пироги, чай, есть и полноценное меню. Каждый раз приезжая в Ереван, заходим сюда. Дружелюбный персонал! Хороший кондиционер, есть терасса, кафе находится прямо в центре! Спасибо за уют!

Crumbs is my go-to spot in Yerevan and has been for years. Walking in to the smell of fresh bread and pastries just feels like home. I come here a few times a week, usually for breakfast or a coffee break. The coffee is consistently great, the eclairs and croissants are some of the best in the city, and the eggs benedict and eggs on a fresh baguette are breakfasts I never get tired of. Cozy atmosphere, warm staff, and quality that never slips. If you are looking for the best bakery and cafe in Yerevan, Crumbs is it. A true local staple.

Ужасная еда , не первой свежести. . Отравление и диарея , чуть не попала в больницу с кишечной инфекцией! Категорически не рекомендую!!!!

Very nice place, the staff is very competent, the atmosphere and interior are comfortable and cosy. Ginger tea, almond croissants and sandwiches are especially good! Highly recommended place!
