How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Сегодня 19.09.3026 года посетили с подругой этот ресторан. Очень разочарованы. Взяли два ризотто,грибной был просто отвратительный, непонятно,как можно было его испортить,но он был ужасен,ещё и волос нашли там(на что администратор сказала,что это ,,надуло сверху(от кондиционера),как будто бы это какое-то оправдание,даже с какой-то претензией к нам,с очень недовоныным тоном нам высказала,что угощает нас пончиком(хотя у подруги был день рождения). Ризотто Россо был более менее приемлемым,но хуже блюд и отношения персонала Я не видела уже года так 2. Официант наш был деликатный и хороший,только очень медлитеный,счёт несли более 25 минут. Такое распаренное и красивое снаружи место,и такое разочарование! Не советую к посещению!

Красивый интерьер, блюда отменные. Очень советую лазанью - мяса там больше, чем макарон, что редкость. Единственное что, блюда приходится ждать около 30-40 минут. Снимаю звезду за обслуживание, персоналу не хватает немного приветливости, общаются угрюмо и будто бы сквозь зубы.

Was a little surprised that I asked the waiter what's the minimum of desserts I can get as a takeaway, because I wanted to pass on something to a family with a child who should not have many sweets , but I wanted the box to look presentable. She said 4. I shrugged and said alright. Only after I had already paid, she rushed out from the storage room with two boxes. I asked her "but you said the minimum is 4" after which she said " we have run out of them, so I'm using those where we can put two in". I told her " but you said the minimum was four and now you show up with boxes where there could be a minimum of two". She shrugged and smiled. I feel quite disturbed and disgusted by such behavior. You can blame this on language differences, but I know she did it on purpose to sell more and I understand that this is something restaurant businesses strive for and then messed up since they were supposedly out of them,but it's left a very unpleasant feeling from your place and I will not be recommending it or going there myself. I highly suggest you train your staff to not use lies as a way to sell more goods and do it some other way. I didn't want to start a fuss because I was already late and lucky for all of you, they enjoyed the choices of pastries. I would not want this to add up to the list of negative stereotypes that people in Armenian possess, along with scammer taxi drivers and market sellers.
