How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Первая установка ГБО была сделана хорошо — машина 2 года работала без проблем. Но однажды из-за просаженного аккумулятора слетели настройки блока, и на газу двигатель начал сильно троить. Три раза возил машину на диагностику — проблему так и не нашли. В итоге мне сказали поменять катушки и свечи, уверяя, что проблема в них, и я потратил примерно 400 долларов. Но неисправность осталась. Тогда вспомнил поговорку: «Хочешь сделать хорошо — сделай сам». Оказалось, что при первой установке форсунки перепутали местами, а вместо того чтобы исправить это нормально, просто перенастроили всё программно. Позже сами же не смогли найти свою ошибку, что довольно странно.
