How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Были впервые, взяли VIP потому что обещали больше привилегий (места под навесом, джакузи, отдельные раздевалки) Никто ни зачем не следит, джакузи для всех, VIP места самые обычные. Вода в джакузи холодная, в душе нет горячей воды и отсутствует фен. Горок мало, к тому же 3 из них не работали. В бассейне отключили волны. За эти деньги нужно еще покупать бублики без них не покатаешься еще на 3-х горках, к тому же 1 горка в целом платная. Нет никакого инструктажа, никто не следит за тем чтобы были сняты цепочки и украшения. При этом в бассейне контролируют так, что можно только ходить и плавать ПО ОДИНОЧКЕ. Бассейнам нужна реставрация, пол сыпится и краска слезла. При этом совсем маленьких детей пускают на горки где рост должен быть 120см. Деньги потрачены впустую, очень расстроены.
