How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

When you go in this apotek, be ready just to buy the most expensive medicals… the woman in the second/inside room suggests only expensive and she hid the cheaper ones in the cupboards rather than on the display shelves, she take out it when I ask for that. Very unpleasant behavior, she looks at you like you are rubber here. 👎👎👎

I’ve always loved this pharmacy, the staff, and the overall service. Unfortunately, the last time I visited, the staff were very unfriendly and quite rude. There also always seems to be an issue with paying in cash. I’ll probably try another branch next time and hope for a better experience.

The shopping experience is very uncomfortable because the employees constantly follow customers around the pharmacy. Even if you move just one meter, someone immediately follows you and stands nearby. It feels like you are being watched the entire time and are not given any personal space to simply browse and choose products. I understand that employees are there to assist customers, but there is a difference between being available to help and following someone everywhere. Please give customers some space and allow them to shop comfortably without feeling pressured or monitored.
