How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Ужасно устаревшие сотрудники, которые ВООБЩЕ НЕ УМЕЮТ обращаться с клиентами. Они старые, до мозга костей советские, с полным отсутствием элементарных манер, и очевидно ненавидят свою работу. Это место выглядит как советский пережиток, где время остановилось, а продавцы билетов демонстрируют полную безграмотность и непрофессионализм. Полное разочарование. Этому месту НЕОБХОДИМЫ СЕРЬЁЗНЕЙШИЕ РЕФОРМЫ!!! Horribly outdated employees that have NO ATTITUDE in handling customers. They are old and very Soviet with a complete lack of manners and obviously hate their own job. This place looks like a Soviet remnants where time has stopped and the ticket sellers couldn’t be less educated and unprofessional. A complete disappointment. This place needs SEVERE reforms!!!
