How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Мне нужна была процедура удаления родинок, написала через инстаграм, менеджер мило общалась, сказала что данная процедура в клинике проводится, также менеджер попросил фотографии родинок для уточнения цены, все было обговорено, но, по итогу в кабинете у врача я узнаю что данной процедуры у них в клинике нет, на что я показываю переписку с менеджером об обсуждении процедуры по удалению родинок лазером, на что мне врач отвечает что менеджеры не врачи. Крайне разочарована, и пришлось просто так ездить и тратить время
